1984 Started working for NEPS
Duties and responsibilities included: (From Initial employment to end of tenure)

• Dis-assembly technician
• Inspection; advanced to certified level 2 liquid Dy penetrant and magnaflux
• Advanced to assembly technician
• Acquired and sustained FAA Certified Propeller Technician Licence

1988 Transferred for NEPS to Tampa Fl. to Start USPS of Tampa owned by NEPS
Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Setting up tooling and equipment
• Acquire FAA Certification
• Hiring Staff
• Training Staff
• Chief Inspector and Overseeing complete service operation
• Acquired and sustained FAA Certified Propeller Technician Licence

1992 Hired as project manager by Aviall to oversee and open several prop shops across USA
Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Locate housing
• Acquiring tooling and equipment
• Acquire FAA Certification
• Hiring Staff
• Training Staff
• Managing and Overseeing operation of propeller repair services
• Acquired and sustained FAA Certified Propeller Technician Licence

1993 Banyan Air Service purchased prop shop in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. from Aviall. Stayed on and managed the shop for Banyan thru 1997
Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Locate housing
• Relocate tooling and equipment
• Acquire Repair Station FAA Certification
• Hiring of Staff
• Training of Staff
• Managing and Overseeing complete operation of propeller shop services and office administration
• Acquired and sustained FAA Certified Propeller Technician Licence

1997 Relocated to Hayward California to assist and open propeller repair station for Brian Sullivan, Sullivan Propeller Specialists
Duties and Responsibilities included :

• Create housing and facility
• Training of Technicians
• Build customer base
• Acquired and sustained FAA Certified Propeller Technician Licence

1998 Relocated to NEPS
Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Project and Sales Manager
• Assisted in Developing and opening SCPS
• Establish and manage international customer base

2011 Established IPS, Vice President
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Project, Customer Service and Sales Manager
• Establish and manage international customer base

2012 Expanded operations and company
Established new company and partnership with new partner and great friend of 18 years Bob Finke to open second facility, IPS Lincoln.

Brian is a certified sales rep for Aces Dynamic Balance Equipment
He been a specialist at Dynamic balancing and training of Dynamic Balancing operations for over 15 years with over 2000 prop balances completed.
